• Auction fee is 15% of selling price (minimum auction fee $10.00 per item).

• Payment by CASH, CHEQUE, and CREDIT CARD accepted.

• Once items are registered for the sale, they must be sold by auction.

• Private deals on the floor will not be allowed.

• All items will be sold in order of lot numbers where possible.

• Large lots may be split at the discretion of auction staff.

• Buyers are encouraged to pay for their purchases throughout the sale rather than wait until the end.

• Items purchased at the sale may not be removed from the hall until paid for.

• A receipt will be given.

• This is an unreserved auction.  All items will be sold.

• Sellers may buy back their own merchandise if they feel it is not going for a high enough price.

• Buy-back fees are a flat rate of $20.00 per item.

• Items sold as is where is.
